Delivery Service for Hong Kong:
- All orders are delivered via SF Express or JD Logistics; delivery locations include residential addresses, commercial/industrial buildings, and self-pickup lockers.
- Free delivery on orders of HK$300 or more.
- A shipping fee of HK$30 applies to orders under HK$300.
Delivery Service for Taiwan:
- Due to local customs requirements, shipping international parcels requires the recipient's full name (as it appears on their ID) and ID number (verified via the EZ Way app). Please email this information to customer service at qiuhongchen613@gmail.com after placing your order.
- Shipping fees apply and vary based on weight.
- The international logistics carrier is LHK EXPRESS - Parcel HK.
Delivery Service for Mainland China:
- Due to local customs requirements, shipping international parcels requires the recipient's full name (as it appears on their ID) and ID number. Please email this information to customer service after placing your order.
- Shipping fees and a 13% tax apply.
- The international logistics carrier is Yunda International.
Delivery service for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand:
- Shipping fees apply and vary based on weight.

Shipping Arrangements:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat containing a shipment tracking number.
